Privacy Policy

In short: Lets3dPrint does not collect any data about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server of ours that the app talks to.

Your projects

Projects are files you create and save where you choose, for example in a Finder folder or in iCloud Drive. They never leave your devices unless you move or share them yourself. If you store them in iCloud Drive, Apple handles that storage under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email, payment details or Apple Account. The app only checks, on your Mac, which purchases Apple has confirmed for your Apple Account so it can unlock Pro features. Apple shares anonymous sales reports with us, as with every App Store app.

Crash reports

If you have chosen in macOS settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. They contain technical information about the crash, not your projects or personal data. You can turn this off in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

Feature requests

The feature request form is a Google Form. We receive only what you type into it, and use it only to decide what to build next. If you leave an email address, we use it only to reply about your request. Google processes the form under Google's Privacy Policy. The app itself sends nothing; it only opens the form in your browser.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
